Farming Bankruptcies
1. Property Taxes need to be reduced for farmers
2. Tax assessments should be reduced during droughts. Farmers should not have

Proposed Legislation

Public Safety and First Responder issues
Proposed Legislation

I am also concerned about food and energy costs for Kansas families. Housing is another area that needs to be addressed in Kansas.
Second Amendment & Responsible Gun Ownership
I am a Kansas concealed carry license holder, and I strongly support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Kansans.
For me, this issue is about both freedom and responsibility. Kansans have the right to protect themselves, their families, and their property, and I believe the government should respect the constitutional rights of responsible citizens.
As your representative, I will support policies that protect the rights of law-abiding gun owners, encourage responsible firearm ownership, and keep the focus on holding criminals accountable rather than punishing responsible Kansans.
